What is Dwellr?
Dwellr is a change-of-tenancy service provider offering a full suite of tools designed to save letting agents time, reduce admin, and streamline tenant onboarding. From utility notifications and tenant referencing to AML Checks and Partner Rewards, Dwellr brings everything under one roof.
What services does Dwellr provide?
We offer a comprehensive range of services including:

How does the free utility notification service work?
When a tenancy changes, we automatically notify relevant suppliers—gas, electricity, water, and the local council—saving your branch admin time and minimising errors.
How does tenant switching work?
Tenants can choose from a wide range of competitive suppliers through our own switching site, www.switch-it.co.uk.(http://www.switch-it.co.uk/)
If they switch, your branch earns credits towards Dwellr services through our Partner Reward Scheme.
What is included in your tenant referencing service?
We provide three levels of referencing — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — depending on the depth of checks you require.
You control the assessment criteria (rent-to-income ratios, guarantor policy, decision-makers, reminders, etc.) and we handle the processing.
Do you offer AML checks?
Yes. Our AML Validation service fully complies with JMLSG electronic verification standards.
We cross-check multiple data sources including credit headers, electoral roll, identity registers, mortality records, and sanctions lists.
Cost: £4 + VAT per check.
Do you integrate with property management software?
Yes. We work with leading software providers to automate the flow of tenant data directly into Dwellr.
Setup takes around three minutes, and if your provider isn’t already connected, we’ll work with them to build a link.
How much time can Dwellr save my branch?
