Dwellr was built by people with deep experience in both the property services market and utilities sector.
Our team has worked across property management, lettings, compliance, technology and customer operations so we understand what works and what does not and where the bottlenecks sit and how to overcome them.

Operations Team
Our operations team delivers the day-to-day service that keeps Dwellr running and our customers engaged.
They manage checks, support switching, handle queries, ensure data accuracy and so much more. Their approach is always practical, responsive and detail driven.
They are exceptional individuals and work daily with suppliers to provide fast reliable results and a smooth experience for every customer.
Compliance
Dwellr takes security and data protection seriously. We are fully GDPR compliant and all data is held securely in the UK with strict controls over access and retention. Our in-house Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and experienced in-house IT team oversee every part of our security framework from system design to daily monitoring.

We are on track to achieve full ISO 27001 certification in 2026 which reflects our commitment to strong governance and best practice.
